post-op physical therapy (PT)
We usually recommend starting physical therapy immediately after your operation —> either the next day or within a few days of your operation. You will have a PT protocol and prescription in the folder that you are given upon leaving the hospital / surgery center. The prescription is valid for any physical therapy clinic, but we have some recommendations if you do not already have a physical therapist.
